Our marketing includes advertising on Zillow, Westside Rentals, Apartments.com, Hot Pads, Trulia, Realtor.com and over 150 other national websites. In addition, we host our own website and advertise and promote on our social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.. No stone is left unturned.

 

As a fully licensed brokerage, we put all of our listings on the MLS meaning that every lease has maximum exposure to the market and we always cooperate with third party agents at no additional expense to you.

Our process is rigorous and thorough but incredibly simple. Our contracts include all local and state disclosures, and we provide both parties with all the required handbooks, natural hazard disclosures and other important move-in items as required by the California Association of Realtors.

Home Rentals LA charges a commission fee. No Tenant, No Fee! Our commission is 6% of the first year's rent. This fee is only collected upon the successful move in of the tenant. We do not charge for renewals.
